Arabic-Speaking Female Licensed Speech Therapist (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Bloom Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Arabic-speaking Female Speech Therapist to join our growing Autism and Developmental Support Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with speech, language, communication, and developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions in homes, schools, nurseries, and clinics.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in case discussions and treatment planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with ASD and developmental delays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
