Arabic-Speaking GP Aesthetic Doctor

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Arabic-Speaking GP Aesthetic Doctor to join our growing aesthetic and wellness team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, excellent consultation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients while maintaining the highest standards of medical care and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient consultations and aesthetic assessments.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including but not limited to:
• Botox and Dermal Fillers
• Skin Boosters
• PRP Treatments
• Mesotherapy
• Thread Lifting
• Fat Dissolving Injections
• Hair Restoration Treatments
• IV Therapy
• Laser Treatment Consultation and Supervision
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols.
• Follow up with patients to monitor treatment outcomes and satisfaction.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in social media content, patient testimonials, and educational videos when required.
• Work closely with therapists, laser technicians, and clinic management to achieve patient satisfaction and business goals.

Requirements

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
• Strong expertise in injectable treatments and facial rejuvenation procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient consultation skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.
• Strong sales and conversion skills during consultations will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Endolift, Regenera, Exosome Treatments, Advanced Hair Restoration, and Body Contouring procedures.
• Existing patient portfolio or social media presence is a plus.
• Experience working in the UAE aesthetic industry.
