Arabic-Speaking Legal Drafting Specialist / UAE Litigation Support Lawyer

Remote | Part-time / Project-based | UAE Litigation Support

We are an international legal and consulting team expanding our UAE-focused legal practice. Our clients are primarily Russian-speaking and CIS-based individuals and companies involved in legal matters in Dubai and the wider UAE.

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking lawyer / legal drafting specialist from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Sudan, Morocco, Tunisia, or other Arabic-speaking jurisdictions to support our team remotely with the preparation of legal documents for UAE-related court and pre-court matters.

Main Responsibilities

The specialist will assist with the preparation, review, and adaptation of legal documents in Arabic and English for UAE-related proceedings, including:

• legal notices and demand letters;
• RDC / rental dispute submissions;
• civil and commercial claim documents;
• debt recovery materials;
• execution-related applications;
• police and prosecution statements;
• criminal complaint drafts related to debts, cheques, fraud, breach of trust, and financial obligations;
• Arabic translations and legal adaptation of English/Russian case materials;
• review of documents for consistency with UAE legal terminology and court-style drafting;
• preparation of factual summaries, chronologies, evidence lists, and legal argument structures;
• support to UAE-licensed advocates who will formally represent clients before courts where required.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• law degree from an Arabic-speaking jurisdiction;
• strong legal Arabic drafting skills;
• good command of English;
• experience in civil, commercial, rental, debt recovery, or criminal-law-related documentation;
• familiarity with UAE legal terminology, court documents, RDC matters, police complaints, prosecution procedures, or Gulf legal practice;
• ability to prepare clear, structured, formal legal documents;
• attention to detail and ability to work with evidence, contracts, payment records, correspondence, and procedural materials;
• availability for remote work and urgent tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have:

• previous experience working with UAE law firms or legal consultants;
• experience with Dubai RDC, UAE civil courts, execution files, police complaints, or prosecution submissions;
• knowledge of Sharia-related legal concepts;
• ability to translate or adapt documents from English into Arabic in a court-appropriate style;
• experience supporting litigation teams remotely.

Important Note

This is a legal drafting and litigation support role. The position does not require the candidate to appear before UAE courts unless the candidate holds the necessary UAE advocacy license. Court representation will be handled by UAE-licensed advocates where legally required.
