About The Role
We are seeking a motivated
Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive
to grow our presence across
Arab countries
. The role involves pitching our services to businesses in fluent Arabic, building strong client relationships, generating opportunities, and reporting directly to a Director. Experience with
tenders, bidding, or procurement
is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Introduce and pitch company services to businesses across MENA markets

Conduct professional calls and virtual meetings in Arabic

Identify decision-makers and convert leads into opportunities

Manage client relationships and support negotiations

Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports

Support tender and bid processes where applicable
Requirements
Essential:

Fluent spoken Arabic and strong English communication

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client engagement

Confident, professional approach with strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently and report to senior leadership
