Job Description

We are seeking a native Arabic-speaking or local real estate agent with experience in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, driven, and knowledgeable about local real estate trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
• Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and market conditions

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker or locally based with fluent Arabic
• Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Dubai property market and communities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
