Arabic Speaking Sales & Logistics Executive

About the Job

We are BSA Global, a freight forwarding company based in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced Arabic Speaking Sales & Logistics Executive to join our growing commercial team.

This role is focused on developing and managing B2B logistics clients across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience in freight forwarding sales, understands end-to-end logistics operations, and can confidently build long-term client relationships that drive consistent revenue growth.

You will work closely with our operations team while taking full ownership of client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and account development.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across the UAE and GCC region
  • Develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions across air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), road transport, and project cargo
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and e-commerce businesses
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close commercial agreements
  • Maintain strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, shipping terms, pricing structures, and supply chain solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and regular service reviews
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline reporting

What We Are Looking ForMust Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, pricing, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and supply chain solutions
  • Proven experience in generating new business and managing long-term client relationships
  • Existing client network within UAE/GCC trade and logistics sector is highly preferred
  • Fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented personality

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UAE customs procedures and trade compliance
  • Existing portfolio of import/export clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
