Arabic Speaking Travel Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Female Travel Consultant who is fluent in Arabic, to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel planning, reservations, global visa and customized itineraries while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on travel options including flights, hotels, UAE visa, Global visa, tours, and holiday packages.
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.
• Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
• Manage customer queries efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, and destination information

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
• Proven experience in global visa applications
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with UAE travel market is preferred.
