Arabic Travel Consultant

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Travel Consultant to support clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa guidance, and full itinerary planning. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with travel booking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client travel requests (flights, hotels, transfers, tours)
• Design itineraries and provide destination advice
• Issue tickets, changes, refunds, and rebookings
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers
• Support visa documentation guidance (where applicable)
• Meet sales targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Maintain booking records and follow up with clients

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic + English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in travel/tourism
• Knowledge of GDS/tools: Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (specify if required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent changes
• UAE experience preferred (if applicable)
