We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Arabic/English Speaking Office Assistant to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with warmth and professionalism
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and scheduling using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail handling, and maintaining cleanliness
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate with team members on administrative projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Prior office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable
- Excellent typing speed, data entry accuracy, and proofreading skills
- Strong time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism in customer service and phone etiquette
