AR/AP Specialist with Cross-Functional Support

Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist in Ewing, NJ.

We are industry leaders in developing specialty chemicals for integrated circuits, optoelectronics, and industrial markets, with over 60 years of global export experience.

Education & Experience

• 2-year accounting degree and/or 3-5 years of AR/AP work experience.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Netsuite ERP accounting software
• Manage AR and AP processes, including posting transactions and reconciling accounts
• Assist with month-end financial reporting
• Handle collections and e-deposits of checks
• Process sales orders and purchase orders
• Fluent in written and spoken English with legal authorization to work in the USA
• Reside within daily commuting distance
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of excel.
• Have a thorough knowledge of AR/AP principles and best practices
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
