AR/AP/Collections Specialist - Bilingual

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AR/AP/Collections Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Primary Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable — Execute daily AR/AP transactions, including invoice processing, payment posting, vendor management, and account maintenance.
• Collections Oversight — Manage collection activities, monitor aging reports, and engage with customers to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism and positive relationships.
• Account Reconciliations — Perform routine reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and subledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Month-End Close — Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile key accounts, and support the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Financial Reporting — Maintain Excel-based financial reports; ensure data accuracy and timely distribution.
• Confidentiality Compliance — Safeguard sensitive financial information and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
• Process and System Support — Assist with Builder process workflows; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AR/AP with a strong background in collections.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis tools.
