Role Overview

We are looking for an Architect to shape visionary spaces that merge design innovation with contextual relevance. From concept to execution, this role will contribute to the creation of timeless, culturally rooted, and globally aligned architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, master planning, and integration of interiors with architecture.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory approvals, and sustainable design practices.
• Collaborate with consultants (MEP, structural, interiors, landscape) and vendors.
• Translate client briefs into bespoke design solutions with precision.
• Innovate by merging global design trends with local cultural and climate contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture.
• Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA).
• Certification in Sustainable/Urban Design is an advantage.
• 3+ years of professional architectural experience, including 1+ years in a senior/lead role.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• Visualization: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape.
• BIM: Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bonus: Parametric tools (Grasshopper), VR/AR walkthroughs, GIS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
