Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative architectural designs and concepts for projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure project success.
Review project requirements and create practical, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and construction technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an Architect in design and execution of projects.
Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Location: KSA
