Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants.
• Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications.
• Manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture and [state/local] licensure (preferred).
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
