Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed Architect with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in designing and executing both interior and exterior architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design development, project planning, coordination with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

This role requires both creative vision and technical expertise, as well as strong leadership and client-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Planning:

• Lead the conceptualization and design development of interior and exterior spaces.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D renders, and working drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand design needs and translate them into functional, aesthetic solutions.
• Integrate sustainable and innovative design principles into projects.

Project Execution & Coordination:

• Oversee site analysis, planning, and zoning code compliance.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for multidisciplinary project integration.
• Supervise project execution to ensure design intent, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site design issues.

Regulatory & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit drawings for government approvals and permits.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, accessibility, and zoning regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all phases of design and construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Valid Architecture License (COA Registration – India or equivalent for your region).
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design (interior and exterior).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution of both residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sustainable/green architecture is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with local building codes and approval processes.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior architects/designers.
• Good understanding of BOQs, tenders, and project budgeting.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 6 days a week.
• On-site visits and client meetings as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
