Architect

We are seeking an individual with a background in architecture or interior design who can lead project design from concept to completion, manage client needs, oversee contractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards. The role often involves creating technical drawings in 2D and 3D, selecting materials, and using design software, requiring a strong understanding of both aesthetics and functionality within the interior design industry.

Requirements and skills

• Min. 2 years of UAE working experience as an Architect
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
• Expert knowledge of building products, interior details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Autocad, 3Ds max, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-ray, Corona, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe illustrator or similar)
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative architectural and interior design concepts.
• Preparation of design drawings and shop drawings
• Knowledge about authority submission drawing preparation
• Coordinate with client and sub-contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure designs are aligned with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Assist in managing and supervising interior design aspects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural plans
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and evaluate site conditions for project planning.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to architectural designs and construction conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers (structural, mechanical), contractors, project managers, and other specialists to ensure the design's technical and functional feasibility.
• Coordination with suppliers to arrange material sample for client submission

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in residential, commercial (Food & Beverage), and/or hospitality projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge in MEP services

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
