*Experience* – 3-4 Years [minimum]

*Salary* – 40k-45k per month (negotiable)

*Qualification* – Bachelor’s in Architecture

*Shift Timings*- 10:00AM-6:00PM

*Week Off* – Sunday

*Industry* – Construction

*Preferred* – Male/Female (Both)

*Skills Required:*

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or BIM software

2. Strong design, visualization & conceptual development

3. Knowledge of building codes, sustainability & construction practices

4. Project management, site supervision & coordination skills

5. Excellent communication, client handling & presentation abilities

*Key Responsibilities:*

 Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for projects.

 Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations.

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

 Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.

 Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.

 Supervise construction progress to ensure design accuracy and quality.

 Manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
