Architect

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Projects Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Architect who can bring Brik Oven’s vision to life through thoughtful design and efficient planning. The role involves taking site surveys, creating layouts and detailed plans, developing 3D visualizations, and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) planning to ensure smooth project execution for our outlets.

Conduct site surveys to gather measurements and assess project feasibility.

Develop layouts, detailed architectural drawings, and plans aligned with Brik Oven’s brand identity and functional requirements.

Create 3D designs and renderings to visualize the space for internal and external stakeholders.

Work closely with consultants and contractors on MEP planning and integration.

Ensure designs meet compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Projects, Operations, Brand) to align designs with business needs.

Support in material selection, cost estimation, and vendor coordination.

Provide design support during project execution and resolve site-level challenges.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.

2 to 4 years of professional experience in retail, F&B, or commercial design projects.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D design tools.

Familiarity with MEP planning and coordination.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

Strong eye for detail, creativity, and alignment to brand aesthetics.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
