Architect

Position: Assistant Architect
Location: Nawada, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, drawings, and documentation
• Support conceptual and schematic design development under senior architects
• Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create drawings, models, and presentations
• Prepare and organize project documents, material schedules, and specifications
• Research building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals
• Participate in site visits and assist with project management tasks like scheduling and cost estimation

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Strong visualization, creativity, and technical drafting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Internship or prior experience in architectural design preferred
• Opportunity to grow into roles like Junior Architect or Project Architect with experience
