Architect

1. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.

2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

3. Developing and presenting project proposals.

4. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

5. Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

6. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental
Impact.

7. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.

8. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

9. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Requirements

1. Degree in architecture or a related field - Min 4 years UAE experience with
Consultant

2. Previous experience as an Architect preferred.

3. Excellent technical drawing skills.

4. Strong communication and project management skills.

5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit,
Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.

6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

7. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

8. Strong creative and visualization skills.
