Architect

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join our creative team at Majicspace, Kottakkal. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Job Description:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs.
• Prepare conceptual and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project execution.

• Create presentations, material boards, and design proposals.
• Conduct site visits and ensure work aligns with design intent.
• Stay updated with trends in architecture, interiors, and sustainable design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit (added advantage).
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction details.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
