Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in architectural and interior design for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, with strong technical knowledge and creativity to develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and presentation packages aligned with client expectations and authority standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Support authority submissions (Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees, RTA, etc.).
• Participate in material selection, finishes specification, and design presentations.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and assist during site coordination when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, design standards, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an engineering or design consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Lumion is a must.
• Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with UAE authority procedures and submission requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design quality.

Preferred

• Previous experience with Dubai-based projects (villas, offices, hospitality, or mixed-use)
