Kilonewtons, a leading architecture and engineering firm in Dubai, is hiring a skilled Architect to join our award-winning design team. If you have 5+ years of experience and expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM, we want you to work on iconic projects in Dubai!

• Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Dubai.
• Create detailed construction drawings, 3D models, and BIM documentation using Revit & AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction progress.

Bachelor s/Master s in Architecture (UAE-recognized university).
5+ years of experience in an architecture firm (Dubai/GCC experience preferred).
Must know:

• AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Revit (BIM mandatory)
• SketchUp / 3ds Max (for 3D visualization)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator for presentations)
  Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes (DM, DCD, Trakhees).
  Excellent project management & communication skills.

• Experience with sustainable design (LEED, Estidama, WELL Building Standard).
• Knowledge of parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper).
• Previous work on large-scale UAE projects.
