Architect

Design and Planning: Assist in the creation of architectural designs, plans, and drawings for residential and commercial real estate projects, considering spatial functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory requirements. 3D Modeling and Visualization: Use architectural software and tools to develop 3D models and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders, including clients, management, and construction teams. Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, adherence to codes, and compatibility with construction processes. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information about the project site, local conditions, and environmental factors that could impact the design. Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, project managers, interior designers, and other cross-functional teams to contribute to the design process, coordinate design elements, and ensure project objectives are met. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices, and incorporate these insights into your design work. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize yourself with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal requirements to ensure designs comply with all necessary standards. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and gathering feedback to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing project designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, adherence to design intent, and alignment with project goals. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from a reputable institution. 1-10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and planning.Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar tools.Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
