Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect who is proficient in all aspects of architectural design and project delivery — from concept development and detailed drawings to site coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and local regulations, with the ability to produce both 2D technical drawings and 3D visual presentations at a professional level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Produce high-quality 2D plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design intent clearly.
• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) to ensure design integration.
• Prepare full drawing sets for submission, tender, and IFC stages.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with specifications.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Research materials, finishes, and construction technologies to enhance project quality.
• Collaborate with the design and fit-out teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of building codes, detailing, and construction methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Software Proficiency:

• Top 2D Software: AutoCAD (for architectural drafting and documentation).
• Top 3D Software: Revit or SketchUp (for modeling and coordination) & Lumion/Enscape (for rendering and visualization).
• Additional familiarity with: Photoshop, Rhino, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
