We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team.

Position Summary

The Architect will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through construction, producing high-quality drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
• Produce drawings, plans, specifications, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate existing conditions, and support construction administration.
• Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes and zoning regulations.
• Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Recommend materials, finishes, and sustainable design strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• [License Required / Working Toward Licensure] preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant architectural experience (or adjust as needed).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in commercial, residential.
• LEED accreditation or familiarity with sustainable design best practices.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
