Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with approximately 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in conceptual and schematic design development for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and project quality.
• Support in preparing construction documents, BOQs, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and assist in reviewing construction progress and compliance with design.
• Research materials, building codes, and sustainability standards for ongoing projects.
• Assist senior architects and project managers in client presentations and design reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B. Arch or equivalent).
• 2 years of professional experience in an architecture firm or design consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, building systems, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sustainable or green building design (LEED, GRIHA, etc.).
• Exposure to BIM workflows.
• Strong visualization and rendering skills.
