Requirements :-

Project Handling: Independently manage and execute tasks for 2 to 3 architectural projects concurrently, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Initial Design: Conduct referencing, analysis, and site studies to support design development.

Conceptualization: Lead Conceptual Design development for Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use buildings, and High-rises, focusing on form, function, and aesthetics.

Design Refinement: Refines initial concepts, develops detailed floor plans and elevations during Schematic Design, and researches/presents material options.

Detailed Planning: Develop Schematic Design and detailed planning for projects.

Design Development: Produce and refine both 3D and 2D design development drawings and models & prepare the comprehensive set of Working and Execution Drawings required for construction.

Site Coordination: Conduct regular site visits for architectural checking, quality assurance, and resolving site queries.

Technical Skills Required:

Autocad, Sketchup, D5 / Enscape, Rhino, M.S. Office, AI Tools.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off) | 10:00 am to 06:30 pm
