Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with strong experience in architectural design and project management. The ideal candidate must have a compelling portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, design detailing, technical drawings, and multi-stage project coordination—from schematic design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept development to final execution.
• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop detailed drawings, construction documents, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to review design implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and design elements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design revisions.
• Review and guide junior team members on design tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project handling.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, detailing, and executed works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
