Architect

We are seeking a talented Architect with a B.Arch degree to design and oversee the construction of building projects. The ideal candidate will develop innovative design solutions, prepare detailed architectural plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of building standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop building designs and prepare detailed architectural drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure designs adhere to local building codes and standards.
• Prepare project documentation including sketches, specifications, and 3D models.
• Supervise ongoing construction to ensure design execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong visualization and design skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
