Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Architect to oversee and manage the architectural design process for our portfolio of residential and commercial developments. This role is crucial for ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and compliance from the conceptual stage through to final execution.

Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Design Management: Lead and manage the entire architectural design process for residential and commercial developments, spanning from initial concept generation to detailed execution.
• Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison, collaborating effectively with internal teams (including Planning, Construction, and MEP) and external specialist consultants to achieve seamless project coordination.
• Quality Assurance: Drive innovation in design while ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and all relevant local and national statutory norms.
• Drawing Review: Review, verify, and formally approve all architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and comprehensive construction documentation prior to implementation.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to actively monitor construction progress, maintain design intent, and resolve any architectural or design-related issues encountered in real time.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and guide junior architects and supportive technical staff to foster professional growth within the team.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee full compliance with all local development regulations, necessary safety codes, and established sustainability standards across all projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile (Qualifications)

• Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Experience - Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Portfolio - Possession of a strong design portfolio demonstrating both creative vision and technical execution expertise.
• Technical Skills - Proficient in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Knowledge Base - In-depth understanding of building systems, construction materials, local codes, and modern construction methodologies.
• Core Competencies - Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative vision and technical expertise. Excellent communication, proven team leadership, and decisive decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UDCPR and Auto CAD: 5 years (Required)
