ARCHITECT

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee the construction of residential, commercial, and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, design sensibility, and the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic architectural solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

• Develop concept designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed architectural plans.
• Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and design proposals.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.

Technical & Documentation

• Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and standards.
• Use CAD/BIM software for accurate drafting and documentation.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Work with contractors, vendors, and project managers throughout project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Assist in budgeting, material specification, and procurement support.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
• Resolve site issues and update drawings as required.
• Maintain documentation and track project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in residential or commercial architecture (depending on your firm).
• Creativity with a strong design portfolio.
• Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

• Office-based design work with regular site visits.
• Collaborative team culture with exposure to full-cycle project development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
