Architect

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 1 to 4 years of professional experience in design and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, creative flair, and the ability to handle projects independently as well as in collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and present architectural concepts, designs, and working drawings.

· Prepare and review construction drawings, detailing, and BOQs.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.

· Stay updated with current building codes, materials, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or higher.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.

· Strong visualization and presentation skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
