KBDW – Hiring Junior Architect & Fresher Architect

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience Level:

• Junior Architect: 1–2 years
• Fresher Architect: 0–1 year (recent graduates welcome)

Position: Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

• conceptual development and architectural design presentations.
• Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Support in material research, BOQ prep, and detail development.
• Visit project sites for supervision and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, Lumion/V-Ray, MS Office.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• A strong design sensibility and eagerness to learn and adapt.

Position: Fresher Architect

Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept development and architectural design presentations.
• Work on 3D models, diagrams, and basic working drawings.
• Support in research, mood boards, presentations, and documentation.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings.

Requirements:

• B.Arch from a recognized university.
• Internship experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
• A keen eye for design and detail.
• Willingness to explore materials, techniques, and new design ideas.
