Project to be Assigned – karjat villa modification, plot plus construction Varsa, modification / villas

Job role / KRA

-Assist the HOD in day-to-day architectural coordination and task execution.
-Manage and communicate client-driven modifications in layouts, finishes, or design elements.
-Coordinate with the Sales and CRM team to understand client expectations and ensure alignment.
-Attend client discussions in the presence of Sales, CRM, HOD, or Site Engineer, and ensure accurate documentation of agreed changes.
-Maintain a comprehensive record of all plots and villas under construction at the Karjat site, along with their current status.
-Collect costing estimates from the engineering team for each client modification and ensure timely submission for internal approvals.
-Coordinate with CRM to issue updated Working Drawings (WDs) based on approved changes.
-Liaise with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure revised drawings are prepared and shared on time.
-Ensure proper version control and documentation of all issued drawings and certificates.
-Maintain and issue certificates required for demand letters, coordinating with CRM and accounts where needed.
-Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation of modifications and to address queries raised by site engineers.
-Ensure clear and consistent communication between design, engineering, site, and client-facing teams.
-Proactively flag any delays or conflicts in drawings, execution, or communication to the HOD.
-Maintain a systematic filing system (digital and/or physical) for all relevant drawings, certificates, approvals, and communication logs.
-Demonstrate ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.

-Must possess strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English, to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and site personnel.
-Should be open and willing to travel regularly to the Karjat site or other project-related locations.
-Needs to be firm and assertive in upholding company protocols and processes, especially when addressing client requests that exceed approved boundaries.
-Should have a clear understanding of professional boundaries and demonstrate the maturity to handle difficult or over-demanding situations diplomatically.
-Must be well-organized and methodical, with a focus on maintaining clear documentation, drawing records, and project files.
-Should take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities, following through with accountability and consistency.
-Needs to be proactive and resourceful, capable of anticipating coordination needs and ensuring smooth workflow.
-Should be receptive to feedback and open to learning from senior team members and HOD.
-Must exhibit professional composure in client-facing discussions and be able to represent the department confidently.
-Should demonstrate adaptability to the company’s work culture, processes, and team dynamics.
-Must have the interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments and external consultants.
-Should possess a balanced attitude—assertive enough to get work done, while respectful and collaborative in interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
