About the Role

We are looking for a talented Architect with experience in architectural design, working drawings, interior coordination, and site understanding. The ideal candidate should be skilled in concept development, technical detailing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
• Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Coordinate with interior designers, draftsmen, 3D visualizers, and site engineers.
• Conduct site visits for design checks, measurements, and implementation reviews.
• Meet client requirements, prepare presentations, and handle project communications.
• Ensure accuracy in design, detailing, and documentation as per project standards.
• Modify drawings based on client feedback, technical inputs, and site changes.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp/Revit (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, building codes, and standards.
• Ability to create clear, accurate plans, elevations, sections, working drawings.
• Good understanding of interior layouts and coordination requirements.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in architectural design.
• B.Arch degree required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
