We are seeking a detail-driven Architect who can bridge design intelligence with on-site practicality and ensure our projects maintain Futurearth’s quality benchmarks.

Role Overview

The Architect will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into actionable execution-ready drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, deep technical knowledge, and hands-on experience working closely with engineering and construction teams. This role demands both creativity and practicality, ensuring that design intent is maintained during execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Planning & Design Support

• Develop architectural concepts, working drawings, and execution-ready details.
• Prepare plans for villas, site amenities, clubhouses, common areas, and infrastructure structures.
• Ensure designs optimize functionality, material efficiency, and construction feasibility.

2. Site Coordination & Execution Oversight

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure architectural designs are executed as intended.
• Resolve on-site design queries in coordination with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Offer timely solutions for design modifications based on site conditions.

3. Working Drawings & Technical Documentation

• Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and construction details.
• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity across all architectural documentation.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Coordinate with procurement teams regarding materials, finishes, and architectural requirements.
• Collaborate with quality and safety teams to maintain project standards.

5. Design Quality & Value Engineering

• Recommend design improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement value engineering without compromising aesthetic or structural integrity.
• Evaluate materials, textures, and finishes suitable for each project.

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills:

• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site challenges.
• Experience preparing construction details, GFC drawings, and approval drawings.
• Thorough knowledge of NBC, local bye-laws, and real estate development norms.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving approach with adaptability to site constraints.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in architectural design and construction coordination.
• Experience in residential projects, villa developments, or plotted projects is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
