Job Title: Architect (Junior to Senior Level)

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3-15 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for Architects at multiple experience levels (Junior / Mid / Senior) to support design, planning, and execution of residential and plot development projects. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, ensuring design accuracy, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layout plans, and 3D models as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Prepare detailed designs, material specifications, and GFC drawings.
• Support site teams with clarifications and ensure design compliance during execution.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, quality checks, and design validation.
• Participate in client discussions, incorporate feedback, and present design concepts.
• Ensure all drawings follow local building codes, guidelines, and standards.
• Work on 2D & 3D tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, etc.
• (Senior Level) Lead junior architects, manage multiple projects, and drive design strategy.

Skills & Software Expertise

• AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques & detailing
• Knowledge of layout planning, residential designs, amenities planning
• Familiarity with local building by-laws and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 3–15 years of experience in architecture (residential or plot development preferred)
