Job Title: Architect

A reputed interior design company is looking for a talented Architect with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs aligned with client requirements.

· Prepare drawings, plans, and 3D models for interior and structural elements.

· Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

· Collaborate with interior designers, contractors, and engineers to execute projects successfully.

· Assist in material selection, cost estimation, and project planning.

· Conduct site visits to supervise construction progress and ensure design quality.

· Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

· Strong knowledge of interior design principles, including space planning, materials, colour schemes, furniture design, and lighting.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other architectural design software.

· Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices.

· Strong creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
