Architect

We are looking for a skilled Architect to handle design development, working drawings, 3D models, and site coordination. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp, understand building codes, and be strong in client coordination and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and design presentations.
• Prepare working drawings, detailed layouts, 3D models, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.
• Review and approve vendor/contractor drawings and material selections.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institute.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
