Architect

We are seeking a qualified B.Arch Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in architecture, a sound understanding of construction practices, and working knowledge of basic structural systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction detailing
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Understand and apply construction methodologies, materials, and on-site practices
• Assist in design development from concept to execution stages
• Ensure drawings are compliant with relevant by-laws, codes, and standards
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of construction techniques and basic structural principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D software is an added advantage
• Strong design sensibility with practical problem-solving ability
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
