At Grey Ink Studio, we believe in the power of thoughtful design and technical precision. Our portfolio spans diverse scales. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team and help us translate creative visions into built reality.

The Role

We are seeking an Architect with 2 to 3 years of professional experience, specifically within the residential sector. You will be involved in various project phases, from initial conceptualization and schematic design to the development of detailed construction drawings and high-quality visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for residential projects.
• Produce comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation using CAD.
• Create 3D models and high-end renderings to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain a high standard of drafting and design accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Residential projects is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CAD and SketchUp is a must.
• Visualization Skills: Strong proficiency in rendering software, specifically Enscape or Lumion.
• Design Sensibility: A keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio demonstrating design aesthetics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Bonus: Prior experience working on Institutional projects is a significant plus.
