Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an Architect to join our company, located in Maslak, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Ability to actively manage architectural projects from the design phase through construction and completion; contribute to the design process; guide the project in compliance with applicable administrative and technical regulations; coordinate the preparation of detailed design and construction drawings; and effectively lead and manage project team members.

Design Development: Utilize architectural expertise to create high-quality design solutions for various project types, including mixed-use structures, tourism, residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of all project components.

Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to designs, and ensure material quality.

Documentation: Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, design specifications, and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience, particularly in complex and mixed-use developments, covering all project phases from concept/outline design to detailed and execution design stages is a must

Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Language Skills: Good in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations.

Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project-related meetings and site visits.
