Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee the construction of buildings and spaces. The ideal candidate will translate client requirements into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand design requirements, budget, and timelines

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and 3D visualizations

Develop detailed construction documents and specifications

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants

Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

Manage design changes and resolve technical issues during construction

Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Registered/eligible with relevant architectural council

Proven experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer

Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and codes

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software

Strong design, planning, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
