Full job description- Architect, Nagpur Location

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Role Summary: Looking for Nagpur candidates.

The Senior Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and executing all architectural aspects of the company’s real estate projects. This role requires strong technical design skills, knowledge of building regulations, hands-on site coordination, and the ability to manage consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:1. Architectural Design & Development

• Prepare concept designs, master plans, floor plans, and elevations for residential & commercial buildings.
• Develop Mivan-friendly layouts and structural coordination-based designs.
• Prepare detailed GFC drawings, working drawings, sections, and details.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

• Prepare drawings as per UDCPR/NBC/building bye-laws.
• Handle FSI, TDR, premium FSI calculations, setbacks, height rules, fire norms.
• Coordinate for statutory approvals (CC, Fire NOC, MOEF, OC).
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and authorities for sanction drawings.

3. Coordination with Consultants & Internal Teams

• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Façade, Landscape, Fire, and Interior consultants.
• Manage design conflicts, provide timely solutions, and ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with the construction team, PMC, and site engineers.

4. On-Site Support & Execution

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design adherence.
• Resolve architectural issues, respond to RFIs, and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee façade works, finishing, waterproofing, podium design, and overall architectural quality.

5. Material Selection & Finalization

• Select materials and finishes: tiles, sanitary fittings, doors, windows, railings, paint, façade elements.
• Ensure selections align with budget, aesthetics, and durability.

6. Documentation & Software

• Maintain updated drawing logs, revisions, and master files.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare presentations and 3D views when needed.

7. Leadership & Communication

• Lead and mentor junior architects and draftsmen.
• Present designs and updates to management regularly.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and drawing packages.
