Architect

We are looking for an experienced Architect to serve as the lead designer, managing projects from initial concept through site completion. The role requires balancing creative design excellence with practical aspects such as budget control, client coordination, and seamless integration of structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept design to execution and site completion
• Develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client requirements, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, working drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting consultants
• Ensure effective integration of MEP services into architectural designs
• Manage client communication, presentations, approvals, and design revisions
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and specifications are followed
• Resolve design and construction-related issues during execution
• Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, codes, and regulations
