Architect

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Architect / Architectural Designer with 3 years of professional experience to contribute to our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs from initial conceptualization through to detailed project planning and documentation.
• Generate high-quality 2D and 3D models and renderings for internal review and client presentations.
• Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation with attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and project progress through strong presentation skills and professional speaking skills.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Required Skills & Software

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an architectural practice.
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
• Core Abilities: Proven ability in design conceptualization, technical detailing, and thorough project planning.
• Added Value: Knowledge of sustainable design principles and construction administration processes. Also in software like , Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,364.77 - ₹31,861.20 per month
