Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with at least two years of professional experience to join our consulting office in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will be involved in architectural design, preparation of drawings, and coordination with engineers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Develop working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and other consultants.
• Review and modify designs based on client requirements and regulations.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support.
• Assist in site coordination and respond to technical queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural or consulting office.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Lumion / 3ds Max (preferred)
• Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Attention to detail and strong design sense.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and site supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
