Architect

We are seeking a young, energetic, and self-motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect at Raintree Studios, you will be responsible for creating innovative and imaginative designs for various projects, including residential and commercial spaces. You should have a strong passion for design and be comfortable working on experimental and conceptual projects, while maintaining a keen focus on aesthetic qualities, details, cost, and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and other design-related tools.
• Proficient in using realtime 3D rendering and visualisation tools like V-ray, Enscape, Lumion. This is a must have.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetic qualities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a diverse range of skills is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
