Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare concept designs, layouts, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, DCR, and RERA norms
• Prepare and submit drawings for municipal approvals and sanctions
• Review site execution drawings and support the construction team
• Monitor design changes and maintain drawing revisions
• Assist in project planning, space optimization, and cost efficiency
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per drawings

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
